About Me

Patrick is the Founder of PJMSS.com and has been a scheduling consultant for over 10 years. He has consulted for some of the largest projects in the country including Google's Data Center program, the Crenshaw Corridor project in Los Angeles, the Midfield Satellite Concourse Expansion at LAX Airport, Ram's Stadium, and the LAX Terminal 2 Improvements project. His expertise includes creating and updating complex construction schedules for General Contractors, reviewing schedule health and performance for Owners, analyzing scheduling impacts, and resource (labor and cost) management. Pat has extensive experience in creating delay claims for the Contractor and reviewing delay claims for the Owner.

Experienced both as a Contractor’s scheduling adviser and an Owner’s representative, Patrick is well-versed in the preparation and analysis of complex CPM schedules with a variety of project types. Patrick is an expert user in a suite of scheduling software including, Primavera P6, P3, Microsoft Project, Suretrak, Claim Digger, Schedule Analyzer Enterprise, and various others.

Patrick has also performed P6 training courses for groups and for individuals.
